HOW TO RETURN

• Reason for return (optional but helpful)
• Any photos if product is faulty

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
We'll send you:
• Return shipping label (for faulty products)
• Return address
• Return authorization number

Step 3: Ship Your Return
• Pack item securely
• Include all accessories and packaging
• Use provided label or ship via tracked service

Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (1-2 business days), we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Change of Mind Returns
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked shipping (Australia Post, StarTrack, or similar).

Faulty or Incorrect Product
We'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.


REFUND METHOD

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
• Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days
• Afterpay/Zip: Credit applied to your account within 5-7 business days


EXCHANGES

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product:
1. Return your original item for a refund
2. Place a new order for the item you'd like

This ensures you get your new product as quickly as possible.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
--------------------

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:
• Items with broken hygiene seals (if applicable)
• Products showing signs of use beyond testing

However, faulty products are always eligible for return regardless of use.


FAULTY PRODUCTS
---------------

Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:
• Has a major fault
• Doesn't match the description we provided
• Is unsafe

These rights cannot be excluded, even if we didn't manufacture the product.

Major Faults Include:
• Product doesn't work as expected
• Would not have been purchased if the fault was known
• Is unsafe
• Differs significantly from the sample or description

WARRANTY

All products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is in addition to your Australian Consumer Law rights.

Warranty claims:

2. Provide proof of purchase and description of fault
3. We'll assess and arrange repair, replacement, or refund

You can cancel your order for a full refund before it ships. Contact us immediately at support@rovella.shop.

After Shipment
Once shipped, standard return procedures apply.


AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
